Meet Gabrielle -

Gabrielle did not find this work in a classroom.

She found it in the unraveling. In the moments when everything built on the surface stopped making sense — and something older, wilder, and more true began to rise.

She has spent years at the intersection of the sacred and the somatic. As a trauma-informed practitioner with a Master's degree in education, writing, and curriculum design, her work is as rigorously crafted as it is deeply felt. Her training spans coaching, psychotherapeutic modalities, childhood trauma healing, Ayurvedic philosophy, and sound therapy — a multidisciplinary roots system that runs wide and deep.

But more than any credential or certification — Gabrielle has walked this path herself. She knows what it costs to strip back the conditioned, the inherited, the performed. She knows what it takes to go all the way to the root.

And she knows what becomes possible when you do.
